This website does not use cookies, does not track you, does not identify companies by IP address and does not keep any logs. Personal data is only processed when you use the contact form or sign in to the customer login.

All server logging is disabled. Your IP address is used only for the moment it takes to deliver the page to your browser and is not stored. No access logs, no visitor statistics, no analytics.

There are no third-party services between you and this website. The only exception is the hosting provider's network-level DDoS protection, which may briefly process connection data to filter attack traffic. We have no access to this data.

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (your name, the address we should reply to and your message) in order to answer your request, and for nothing else. We delete the data once it is no longer needed.

Messages from the contact form are delivered to us by email.

The login in the header sends your credentials directly to our customer application. They are used only to sign you in or to send you a new password, and are not stored by this website.

datrmine operates its systems at several locations worldwide for redundancy. Data you send through this website may be processed at any of these locations.

If you have sent us personal information and want to know what we hold, correct it or have it deleted, contact us using the contact form.
